Ladybird Early Learning Centre (LELC) is a bilingual preschool within the Nguyen Sieu educational system, offering the Cambridge Early Years Programme (CEY). We provide play-based learning with a focus on High-Performance Learning (HPL) methodologies, ensuring a holistic and engaging educational environment.
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Native English Teacher to join our team, teaching children aged 3-6 years old.
Key Responsibilities
✔️ Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to individual student needs.
✔️ Foster an inclusive and stimulating classroom environment for language development.
✔️ Guide students before and after lessons, ensuring a structured daily workflow.
✔️ Monitor and assess student progress, collaborating with Teaching Assistants.
✔️ Document student learning moments through photos and videos.
✔️ Assist in organizing school events, parent meetings, and extracurricular activities.
✔️ Collaborate with local teaching staff to support a bilingual learning environment.
✔️ Upload lesson plans, resources, and student work for thematic learning blocks.
✔️ Provide monthly progress reports and constructive feedback to parents.
Requirements
✔️ Native English Speaker (UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, South Africa).
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
✔️ Teaching qualification (TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent).
✔️ Minimum of 2 years' teaching experience with young learners (preferably in a bilingual or international kindergarten setting).
✔️ Knowledge of the Cambridge Early Years Programme (CEY) is an advantage.
✔️ Strong classroom management and communication skills.
✔️ Passionate, patient, and enthusiastic about early childhood education.
