𝐀𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐢𝐧 𝐒𝐞𝐨𝐮𝐥 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐊-𝟗
SIE Central is excited to announce an opening for a lower elementary homeroom teacher for the 2024-25 Academic Year. We are looking for an experienced educator, someone passionate about the social and emotional development of young learners and eager to share their expertise with our students.
𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
• Creating syllabi centered around CCSS-aligned curricular materials
• Instructing lower elementary students on designated core subject classes
• Daily supervision of the assigned elementary homeroom while ensuring a safe and productive learning environment for students
𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐈𝐧𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:
• 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐃𝐚𝐭𝐞: August 2024
• 𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Seongdong-gu, Seoul
• 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐇𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:45 p.m.
• 𝐕𝐚𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Over seven weeks of paid vacation split between summer, winter, and spring holidays
• 𝐌𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐃𝐚𝐲𝐬
• 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐲: Based on experience and qualifications, negotiable within a specified range
𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐦𝐮𝐦 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
• Prior experience classroom teaching experience
• Teaching certification or an Education-related university degree
