Position: Native English Teacher
dc4 academy is currently seeking a dedicated full-time Native English Teacher to join our academy in Pyeongchon, Anyang, South Korea, just south of Seoul. The role involves teaching small classes of motivated elementary and middle school students with a focus on real communication, critical thinking, and creative expression.
Job Responsibilities:
- Teach students from grades 1 to 8 with a maximum class size of 8 students.
- Ensure lessons are practical and skills-based, promoting real-life communication.
- Facilitate novel studies, group discussions, debates, and creative projects.
- Develop lesson plans that encourage critical thinking and creativity.
Working Schedule:
- Monday & Friday: 2:30 PM - 9:50 PM
- Tuesday & Thursday: 2:30 PM - 8:10 PM
- Wednesday: 2:30 PM - 7:20 PM
Benefits:
- Salary: 2.8–3.6 million KRW per month, negotiable based on experience.

Requirements:
- Native English speaker currently residing in South Korea.
- Bachelor’s degree is required for a Korean work visa.
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in Korea.
- Eligible for F-2, F-4, F-5, F-6, or E-2 visa sponsorship.
- Strong classroom management and lesson planning skills.
- Interest in creativity, critical thinking, and discussion-based teaching.
