Native English Teacher for Private Elementary School
Shinkwang Elementary School in Yongsan-gu, Seoul, South Korea is seeking reliable and professional native English teachers for the 2nd semester of Academic Year 2025.
WORKING CONDITION
- Contract Period: Mon – Fri, from August 16th, 2025 to Dec. 31st, 2025
- Working hours: 8:30am-4:30pm, 8 hours per day including breaks and lunch time
- Classes: 25 classes a week for 1st-6th graders
- Responsibilities: Lesson planning, preparation, and winter camp teaching
- Start date: August 18th, 2025
- Salary & Benefits: 3.4 million won per month (housing not provided)
- 1-year Completion bonus available, contract extension possible
- Location: 5-minute walk from Sook Myung Women’s Univ. subway station and Namyeong station
QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS
Applicants must:
- Have commitment, dedication, and a positive approach to teaching
- Be native English speakers with at least an undergraduate degree
- Have a minimum of two years of teaching experience in English
- Be in Korea and able to conduct a 15-minute demo lesson during the interview
Preferences:
- ESL teaching certificates (TEFL, CELTA, etc.)
- Master’s degree, B.Ed., or teaching certification
- Previous experience in a private elementary school

4. Employment Health Examination results, including TBPE & IGRA Test (in Korea)
