Job Description:



Cheongwon Elementary School, located in Nowon-gu, Seoul, is currently looking to fill a teaching position for Grades 5-6 Elementary students. Since 1965, Cheongwon Elementary School has been dedicated to nurturing creative, collaborative, curious, compassionate, courageous, and committed individuals.

They are seeking experienced and innovative teachers who are excited to work in an Apple Distinguished School (ADS). The contract period is from late November 2025 to February 13th, 2026. The school is looking for native English speakers with a B.A. from an accredited institution, TESOL/TEFL certification or M.A. in any education-related discipline is preferred.

Applicants must have at least 2 years of experience in the field and must already be residing in Korea; applications from overseas will not be considered. The working hours are from 8:20 am to 4:20 pm with teaching hours not exceeding 22 classes of 40 minutes each. The school is located near Madeul Station, Subway Line No.7, and provides a housing allowance.

Additional benefits include opportunities for extra income through after-school classes, National Pension, National Medical Insurance, and 2 weeks of winter vacation. Teachers will be provided with their own iPad, desk, and computer at the office. Participation in 10 days of winter school is required.
