Role: 1:1 or Group English Instructor for adult learners (20+)
Locations: Seoul and Busan (10 branches)
Contract: up to 12-months, full-time & part-time
Work Hours: Flexible, up to 40-hour booking window, ~34–38 hours/week (90% booking rate)

📋 Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (apostilled)
Clean criminal background check (apostilled)
Native English speaker from Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, South Africa, UK, or US (per Korean law)
TEFL/TESOL certification (120+ hours preferred, not mandatory)
💰 Compensation & Benefits
Seoul – Pagoda Academy (Group Classes)
Salary: 2,500,000 KRW/month (minimum guaranteed)
Key Money: Up to 10,000,000 KRW
Split-Shift Bonus: Up to 100,000 KRW
Seoul – Pagoda One (1:1 Classes)
Salary: 2,500,000 KRW/month (minimum guaranteed)
Split-Shift Bonus: Up to 100,000 KRW
Housing:
Option 1: 5,000,000 KRW key money + 100,000 KRW rent support
Option 2: No key money + 250,000 KRW rent support
Busan – Pagoda Academy (Group Classes)
Salary: 2,200,000 KRW/month (minimum guaranteed)
Key Money: Up to 5,000,000 KRW
Split-Shift Bonus: Up to 100,000 KRW
Rent Support: Up to 500,000 KRW
Busan – Pagoda One (1:1 Classes)
Salary: 2,100,000 KRW/month (minimum guaranteed)
Split-Shift Bonus: Up to 100,000 KRW
Housing:
Option 1: 5,000,000 KRW key money + 250,000 KRW rent support
Option 2: No key money + 500,000 KRW rent support
