Position Details
• Title: 1:1 or Group English Instructor
• Contract: 3 months to 12 months
• Locations: Seoul or Busan
• Schedule: * Up to 40 hours (attendance only for scheduled classes).
o Senior teachers average 34–38 teaching hours per week.
o Split-shift bonuses available.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree
• Apostilled diploma and background check
• E2 or F visa (in Korea preferred)

Salary & Housing — PagodaOne (1:1 Class)
1. Employment Contract (Native Teachers)
• Monthly Base: ₩2,500,000 – ₩3,200,000 (increases ₩100,000 per year of service).
• Hourly Rate: ₩20,000 – ₩33,000 (adjusted based on 12-month performance reviews).
• Housing Support (Seoul): * Option A: ₩5,000,000 deposit + ₩200,000/mo.
o Option B (No Housing): Additional ₩400,000/mo.
• Housing Support (Busan):
o Option A: ₩5,000,000 deposit + ₩250,000/mo.
o Option B (No Housing): Additional ₩500,000/mo.
2. Service Contract (Korean Teachers)
• Level 1: ₩20,000 – ₩27,000 per hour.
• Level 2: ₩22,000 – ₩30,000 per hour.
• Level 3: ₩24,000 – ₩33,000 per hour.
• Note: Reviews held every 6 months; level adjustments based on performance.

Salary & Housing — Pagoda Academy (Group Class)
1. Competitive Salary & Guaranteed Minimum
• Hourly Rate: ₩20,000 – ₩33,000.
• Guaranteed Monthly Minimum: ₩2,500,000 (Seoul) / ₩2,200,000 (Busan).
• Annual Increase: Monthly minimum increases by ₩100,000 per year of tenure (up to ₩3,200,000).
2. Housing Options
• Option A: ₩10,000,000 company-provided deposit.
• Option B: ₩5,000,000 deposit + ₩200,000/mo rent support.
3. Performance & Schedule Incentives
• Quality & Growth: ₩50,000 bonus for 75%+ re-registration, 10%+ enrollment growth, or 140–160 lecture hours.
• Shift Bonuses: ₩100,000 for weekend classes; ₩50,000 for split shifts (10hr+ gap).
• Renewal Bonus: Annual incentives of ₩1,000,000 – ₩2,000,000 based on performance grade (S/A/B).
