POSITION SUMMARY
• Role: 1:1 or Group Instructor (Seoul or Busan)
• Contract: 3–12 months
• Schedule: Up to 40 hours/week (Avg. teaching: 34–38 hours)
• Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, Apostilled docs, E2/F Visa, Native fluency.

COMPENSATION: PAGODAONE (1:1)
Full-Time (E2 Visa)
• Monthly Base: ₩2.5M – ₩3.2M (increases ₩100k per year)
• Hourly Rate: ₩20k – ₩33k (performance-based)
• Seoul Housing: ₩5M Deposit + ₩200k rent OR ₩400k monthly stipend
• Busan Housing: ₩5M Deposit + ₩250k rent OR ₩500k monthly stipend
Freelance (F Visa)
• Service Rates: ₩20k – ₩33k per hour (Levels 1-3)
• Reviews: Performance and level adjustments every 6 months.

• Guaranteed Min: ₩2.5M (Seoul) / ₩2.2M (Busan)
• Hourly Rate: ₩20k – ₩33k
• Housing Options: ₩10M total deposit OR ₩5M deposit + ₩200k rent support.

• Performance: ₩50k bonuses for high re-enrollment or high lecture volume.
• Shift Pay: ₩100k for weekends; ₩50k for split shifts.
• Renewal: ₩1M – ₩2M incentive based on annual grade (S/A/B).
