JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Native English Teacher to join our primary school in Hanoi. The teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons in:
English as a Second Language (ESL)
Language Arts
Mathematics
Science
The successful candidate will work with young learners at the primary level, fostering their academic growth and language development in a supportive, student-centered environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan and deliver interactive and age-appropriate lessons.
Develop students’ skills in English communication, reading, writing, and comprehension.
Teach Mathematics and Science using English as the medium of instruction.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support.
Collaborate with school staff to create a positive and effective learning environment.
Participate in school meetings, training sessions, and events as required.
REQUIREMENTS
Native English speaker (from US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, or South Africa).
Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
Teaching certificate (e.g., TEFL/TESOL/CELTA or PGCE).
Experience teaching primary school students is strongly preferred.
Ability to teach ESL, Language Arts, Mathematics, and Science.
Strong classroom management skills and cultural adaptability.
