Job Description:
1. Knowing students and how they learn.
2. Plan for and implement effective learning and teaching.
3. Assess, provide feedback and report on student learning and progress.
4. Develop supportive and safe learning environments.
5. With a professional attitude and approach to assisting and supporting expat
teacher communicate with Chinese managers, colleagues, departments and
parents.
6. Student ages: 2-6 years old
7. Class size: 8~18 students
8. working hours: 8:00am - 12:00pm, 2:00 pm - 5:30 pm
Requirements:
1. At least two years of related working experience in kindergarten.
2. Above bachelor degree in Education and English (preferred)
3. Cheerful and friendly disposition, and sincere cooperation team spirit.
4. Actively cope with the challenges and flexible problem-solving skills.
5. Be familiar with Early years foundation stages (preferred)
6. Native Speakers, be able to apply work visa
Compensation
a) Monthly Salary: 20,000 RMB - 23,000 RMB
b) Reimbursement for document authentications, including:
work visa, residence permit and medical checkup fees
c) Flight Ticket Reimbursement
d) Contract renewal bonus: 5,000RMB（1 years contract）
e) Chinese Social Insurance provided
