About the Role: As a Kindergarten ESL Teacher, you’ll work with children aged 2–6 years old, helping them build confidence and communication skills through fun and interactive lessons. You’ll be part of a supportive teaching team with 1–3 local assistants in each class. Key Responsibilities: - Create engaging, age-appropriate English lessons - Foster a fun, safe, and positive learning environment - Manage classroom routines and encourage student participation - Track student progress and provide feedback - Contribute to classroom decoration and teaching materials Working Schedule: Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM (with 1-2 hours lunch break) 40 working hours/week, weekends off ---------------------------------------------------- Salary & Benefits: Salary range 12,000–20,000 CNY/month depending on the location & qualification Paid summer/winter vacation & national holidays Flight allowance at the end of the contract Free hotel upon arrival & full housing assistance Health insurance Comprehensive training program (ideal for first-time teachers!)
