The full-time resident substitute benefits and working hours are the same as those for homeroom teachers. As a resident substitute, you will gain substantial teaching experience by substituting for different levels. Benefits: 1. ARC/Work Permit and Health Insurance provided. 2. Interest-free loan of NT$30,000 (approximately USD $1,000) for settling in Hsinchu. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited institution. 2. Experience in early childhood education is a plus. 3. Ability to commute between our three campuses in Zhubei (20-30 minutes by walking, 10-15 minutes by bicycle, or 5-10 minutes by scooter).
