Adult English Instructor – Seoul & Busan
Join the Pagoda Education Group, one of Korea’s leading adult English academies, as a full-time instructor in either Seoul or Busan. Job Responsibilities:
- Teach adult learners (aged 20+) in 1:1 or small group settings using modern, tech-supported curricula.
- Focus on lesson delivery and student progress with minimal administrative duties.
- Specialize in areas such as business English, conversation, test preparation, or presentation skills.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and punctuality in all teaching assignments.
Position Details:
- Contract: 12-month full-time
- Locations: Seoul or Busan campuses
- Schedule: 40-hour booking window, averaging 34–38 teaching hours per week
- Split-shift bonuses available for morning/evening classes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Native or near-native English fluency
- Eligible for an E-2 or F-series visa (preferred if already in Korea)
- Ability to provide an apostilled diploma and national criminal background check
Salary and Benefits:
- Seoul Base Salary: ₩2.5M+ per month, with housing support options
- Busan Base Salary: ₩2.1M+ per month, with housing support options
- Additional Bonuses: Split-shift, contract renewal, and severance bonuses

Pagoda Education specializes in adult English education for university students, office workers, and professionals. Work with an international team and receive support from English-speaking administrative staff. The position requires no desk-warming; instructors are only on-site for scheduled classes.
