Job Description:

Elementary After-School English Teacher – Seoul

ISAEM Education is seeking a part-time native English-speaking teacher for after-school English classes in Seoul. This role involves engaging young elementary students with interactive lessons during the afternoons in the school term and mornings during vacations. Applicants must hold a valid work visa for Korea, as visa sponsorship is not provided.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct after-school English classes using engaging and age-appropriate activities.
- Develop lessons that enhance students' skills in speaking, listening, reading, and basic writing.
- Accurately manage student attendance and ensure their safety.
- Maintain classroom discipline and foster a positive learning environment.
- Communicate with the school regarding program schedules and student progress.
- Prepare simple reports as requested by the school or program coordinator.

Working Hours:
- Afternoon hours during the semester (approximately 4–5 hours daily after school).
- Morning hours during school vacations (exact times set by the school).
- Schedule may change based on school needs.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in English or Education.
- Native English speaker from USA, UK, Canada, Australia, or New Zealand.
- Valid visa permitting employment in Korea (e.g., F-series).
- Teaching license or certification preferred (e.g., TESOL, TEFL).
- Experience with young learners preferred.
- Strong document-writing skills and professionalism.
