Job Description:

Responsibilities:
→ Creating curriculum for classes based on our guidelines;
→ Researching how to improve classes;
→ Planning, brainstorming and developing classes materials based on our guidelines;
→ Teaching English in person to kids from 6~12 years old, sometimes tutoring adults;
→ Writing daily and monthly reports to students' parents;
→ Organising events at the school or any outdoor activities;
→ Meeting and reporting to the school's management;
→ Other side projects

Qualifications:
→ Native speaker or fluent speaker (should hold any type of Certificate to prove that, such as TOEFL, IELTS, Cambridge, TOEIC etc);
→ Teaching experience required;
→ Enjoys teaching English to both children and adults;
→ Great time and project management;
→ Creative person who likes to innovate in class;
→ Knowing Japanese is a great plus, but not required.

You'll have a full time employee contract, with:
→ VISA sponsorship (if you need)
→ Vacation & National holidays
→ Maternity leave
→ Sick leave
→ Transportation allowance (included in the salary)
→ Bonus & Promotion & Salary raises according to performance!

You're expected to:
→ Work from Mondays~Fridays (usually shifts are from 11:00~20:00, it depends on the school though)
→ Sometimes work on the weekends (as a school, we have some events that happen on the weekend. However, you'll always have a day off in the week then. For example: an event on a Saturday → day off on a Monday)
→ Be on time
→ Be open-minded and patient to deal with different cultures;
