English Teacher Position at Park Jeong Foreign Language Academy - Changwon

Park Jeong Foreign Language Academy in Masan is seeking a native English teacher to join our team of dedicated staff. We are a supportive workplace with a team of 2 native English teachers and 4 Korean English teachers. The ideal candidate should thrive in our relaxed atmosphere.

- Location: Masan/Changwon
Masan and Changwon offer a vibrant social scene with nearby universities, hiking opportunities, and easy access to the coastline and islands. Busan, a lively city with beaches, is only a 50-minute bus ride away.

- Start Date: June 2025
- Students: Elementary to middle school with class sizes of around 8-12 students.
- Hours: 2 pm – 9:10/9:50 pm Mon-Fri (with a lunch break)
- Teaching Focus: Emphasis on speaking and writing skills. Strong command of English required. Textbooks include American English File 1, American English File 3, and The Wild Robot.

- Salary and Benefits: Starting at 2.3 ~ 2.6 million per month (negotiable based on experience), one-month bonus upon contract completion, pension, 50% health insurance, one-way flight, free meals, 10 days' vacation plus public holidays off, no weekend work.

- Accommodation: Decent self-contained studio near the academy with city views, two big windows, and a balcony.
