Job Description:



KAIST in Daejeon, Korea is looking for a full-time EFL Faculty. The campus is in Daedeok Innopolis, Daejeon, 150 km south of Seoul.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

- Master’s degree in TESOL or Applied Linguistics

- Native-like fluency in English

- Minimum of two years of college-level teaching experience

- Hold an E-1 or F-series visa

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Experience teaching EFL courses for science and engineering students

- Experience developing and teaching AI-integrated EFL courses

- Experience teaching scientific writing

- Experience developing and teaching CLIL courses

DUTIES:

Teaching 12 hours per week during the spring and fall semesters. Additional responsibilities include curriculum development and serving on committees.

SALARY & BENEFITS:

- Starting from 3.0 million won/month

- On-campus housing available and settlement allowance provided

CONTRACT PERIOD:

Initial contract is for two years and renewable based on performance.
