Full-Time ESL Kindergarten Teacher Position in Sindorim, Seoul

Praise RaRa is currently seeking a dedicated full-time ESL teacher to join our kindergarten program in Sindorim, Seoul, starting in March 2026. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about teaching young learners in a supportive environment. Our kindergarten offers a friendly team, modern facilities, and a structured curriculum that promotes creativity.

Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct engaging English lessons for children aged 4 to 6, focusing on listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
- Foster a fun, safe, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing feedback to both students and parents.
- Participate in school events, meetings, and collaborate with fellow staff.
- Work closely with Korean and foreign staff to ensure a consistent learning experience.

Working Hours:
- Full-time position, Monday to Friday, approximately 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
- Teachers have their own break time without student supervision.

Requirements:
- Native-level English speaker and citizen of the USA, Canada, UK, Ireland, New Zealand, Australia, or South Africa.
- Eligibility for an E-2 visa in South Korea.
- A 4-year bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
- Apostilled nationwide criminal background check and diploma.
- Ability to pass a self-medical health check in Korea.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Passion for teaching young learners with patience, creativity, and nurturing style.

Salary & Benefits:
- Monthly salary starting from 2.5 million KRW, negotiable based on experience.
- Free housing near the school or a housing allowance.
- 11 days paid vacation plus national Korean holidays.

- Enrollment in the 4 National Insurances according to Korean law.
- One-way airfare reimbursed for candidates arriving from outside Korea.
