Gangnam English Academy is on the lookout for enthusiastic individuals to join our team of 25 native English teachers at our English Academy and Kindergarten in Apgujeong, Seoul, Korea. Position: Kindergarten Homeroom/Afterschool Teacher
Location: Sinsa Dong 649-1
Salary: Starting at 3.7 million KRW per month

Established in 2013 by an American and Swedish couple, GEA offers a dynamic and engaging environment where lesson plans focus on speaking, writing, science, literature, and debate, incorporating plenty of games and activities. With a team of 25 Native English Teachers and 40 bilingual Korean Teachers, we foster a collaborative and enjoyable workplace.
Responsibilities:
- Teach one kindergarten classroom of 5, 6, or 7-year-olds from 9:00-3:00 daily
- Conduct afterschool sessions for kindergarten and elementary students from 3:00-4:45
- Engage in planning activities during downtime
- End the day around 5:30 after planning sessions
Requirements:
- Experience in teaching children
- Fluent, native English speaker
- Passion for working with children
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Enthusiastic and fun-loving attitude
Compensation Package:
- Monthly salary starting at 3.6 million KRW
