WE ARE EXPANDING and opening three new classes! We are looking for dynamic teachers to join our team at Coram Deo English Education in Seoul. Our school is American owned, offering a western program and work environment. We have an all-foreign teaching team that enjoys hanging out together outside of work. Our program is centered around content-integrated learning, critical thinking, learning through projects, speaking, and debate. We provide a tension-free work environment where teachers have creative freedom to plan and conduct their lessons.
We are looking for teachers who are HIGH energy and team players, creative and enjoy doing cool projects, funny, organized, responsible, and independent, motivated, enjoy teaching children, self-starters who like to learn new things, and genuinely care about teaching and helping students learn.
- START DATE: July 7, 2025
- WORK HOURS: Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM
- VISA: E2, F visas
- TEACHING HOURS: Maximum 25 hours a week
- PREP TIME: 10-12 hours per week
- SALARY: 2.5-2.8 million KRW (2.4-2.6 million KRW for teachers with no experience teaching in Korea)
- LOCATION: Gangdong (Near Sangil Dong Station on the purple line)
- GRADE: Mostly Elementary
- BENEFITS: Pension, Health, Severance, Housing provided. Annual beach trip during the summer, team building activities throughout the year.
- PAID LEAVE: First year: 11-13 days
- SICK DAYS: 2 days
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native English speaker (Fluent Korean nationals OK)
- Hold a valid passport from USA, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa
- BA/BS from an accredited institution from one of the countries listed above
