Kang Chiao International School (Kindergarten) in Hsinchu is hiring a full-time teacher for the 2025–2026 school year. You will work from 8:10 AM to 4:10 PM with a one-hour lunch break and teach 24 young learners. The salary is competitive, starting at 70,000+ NT (depending on experience), with additional monthly allowances and bonuses totaling around 12,000 NT:
- Monthly Housing Allowance: 5,000 NT
- Monthly City Cost of Living Allowance: 1,250 NT
- Monthly Transportation Stipend: 1,000 NT
- Monthly Performance Bonus: 2,000 NT
- Monthly Homeroom Teacher Bonus: 3,000 NT
Quarterly and annual bonuses include:
- Quarterly Performance Bonus: 12,000 NT
- Lunar New Year Bonus: 15,000 NT
- Contract Completion Bonus: 40,000 NT
- Contract Renewal Bonus: 40,000 NT
Benefits: 25 paid vacation days, Taiwan public holidays, annual raises for good performance.
