Position: Live Class Instructor - Seoul (Evenings)
Socra AI Inc., under its brand REAL ACADEMY, is seeking passionate and dynamic Live Class Instructors for its innovative live English program for children. This part-time role involves teaching engaging, 30-minute live English classes in an AI-driven edtech studio located in Gangnam, Seoul. The role is ideal for teachers and performers who excel in a studio environment and enjoy interacting with young learners in a creative and lively manner.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct lively and interactive English classes for young learners using AI-supported learning content and tools.
- Maintain student engagement with clear, expressive speaking and a strong camera presence.
- Participate in training sessions to master the REAL ACADEMY curriculum and class format.
- Create a self-introduction video and participate in a marketing photoshoot as part of the instructor profile.
Contract and Schedule:
- Contract Period: March 16, 2026 – August 6, 2026
- Actual Class Period: April 13, 2026 – August 6, 2026
- Location: 2F, Socra AI Studio, 424 Teheran-ro, Gangnam-gu, Seoul.
- Evening Schedule Options:
- Position A: Monday & Wednesday evenings (3 sessions per day)
- Position B: Tuesday & Thursday evenings (3 sessions per day)
Compensation:
- 150,000 KRW per class (non-negotiable), with multiple 30-minute sessions per evening.
Candidate Requirements:
- Must hold a visa in South Korea allowing legal employment without company sponsorship.
- Previous teaching or performing experience.
- Strong English speaking skills and confident camera presence.
- Professional demeanor and reliable commitment to a fixed evening schedule.
- Available from March 16, 2026, for training and marketing activities.
