The Role
• Position: 1:1 or Group English Teacher
• Contract: 12 Months, Full-Time
• Location: Seoul or Busan (Multiple Branches)
• Part-time/Freelance (F visa/Korean teachers) also available
Schedule
• Hours: 40-hour booking window; only work when classes are scheduled.
• Reality: Senior teachers average 34–38 hours/week with steady bookings.

Compensation & Housing
Seoul – Group Classes (Pagoda Academy)
• 2.5M KRW/month (min. guaranteed)
• Up to 10M KRW key money
• Up to 100K KRW split-shift bonus
Seoul – 1:1 Classes (Pagoda One)
• 2.5M KRW/month (min. guaranteed)
• Up to 100K KRW split-shift bonus
• Housing:
o Option 1: 5M KRW key money + 100K KRW rent support
o Option 2: 0 KRW key money + 250K KRW rent support
Busan – Group Classes (Pagoda Academy)
• 2.2M KRW/month (min. guaranteed)
• Up to 5M KRW key money
• Up to 100K KRW split-shift bonus
• Up to 500K KRW rent support
Busan – 1:1 Classes (Pagoda One)
• 2.1M KRW/month (min. guaranteed)
• Up to 100K KRW split-shift bonus
• Housing:
o Option 1: 5M KRW key money + 250K KRW rent support
o Option 2: 0 KRW key money + 500K KRW rent support
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree (mandatory)
• Apostilled Diploma
• Apostilled Criminal Background Check
• E2 or F visa holders in Korea preferred
