Full Time Language Arts Teachers and STEM Teachers
TEACHER REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's degree in Education (BEd) or Bachelor's degree with a PGCE (TEFL teachers are not eligible for this position.)
• Valid Public School Teaching Certification - QTS, SACE, or active teacher license or certification in your home country
• A minimum of one-year of experience working in an elementary school in Asia or in your home country
• Clear National Background Check from your home country (Australia, Canada, New Zealand, South Africa, the UK and the US)
• Clean bill of health (completed in Taiwan)
REMUNERATION PACKAGE
1. MONTHLY SALARY: NT$84,000-NT$100,000+ per month including housing and transportation bonuses (depending on education, experience, and qualifications)
2. AIRFARE REIMBURSEMENT: NT$30,000
3. SETTLING IN ALLOWANCE: NT$7,500 per month for the first four months of employment
4. BONUSES: Attendance bonus and performance incentives that amount to a minimum of NT16,000 each year throughout the year
5. PAID VACATION: 10 days paid vacation time during the winter and 10 days paid vacation time during the summer (with an additional 10 days in the event of re-signing a new contract), plus National Holidays
6. SICK LEAVE: 12 days per year (half-day pay with doctor's note)
7. CONTRACT COMPLETION BONUS: NT$ 40,000
8. RE-SIGNING BONUS: NT$40,000
